Earth Direct Cremation offers an essential service cremation package and a range of eco-memorialisation offerings available only via the online portal. Payment must be made prior to services being provided. If a death has occurred, the legal next of kin must sign the required authorisation forms required by law.
You may be asked to identify the deceased through our online identification process including receipt of a photo. By checking these terms, you agree that only the legal next of kin, or an authorised person, will identify the deceased if required. Earth Direct Cremation may also collect multiple fingerprints of the deceased for additional identification.
The death will be registered as required under law using information provided by the Client, and a copy of the official Death Certificate will be sent to the Client once processed by the Births, Death and Marriages authority.
